Charlie’s Angels is a Must See

(Los Angeles) - “Charlie's Angels” opens in theaters on November 15. I was able to attend an early screening of the movie hosted by Karen Civil. Growing up, I would watch reruns with my grandmother and enjoyed the early 2000s films. If I'm honest, I'm often skeptical of reboots; but, “Charlie's Angels” handle this one effortlessly.

The film introduces a new legacy and a continuation of what the original “Charlie's Angels” meant. A true definition of the power that is women and the endless possibilities that they can achieve. Elizabeth Banks directs the action-comedy. Banks does an excellent job by capturing the complexities of each character throughout the film. But she not only directs and takes on the role of Bosley in this new era of “Charlie's Angels.”

Kristen Stewart delivers a solid performance as Sabina Wilson. A fun, quirky young woman that lives life to the fullest and is not afraid to take a risk.

Naomi Scott shows how diverse she can be as an actress as Elena Houghlin — breaking through in an intelligent, lively role with the right amount of sense of humor.

Ella Balinska, as Jane Kano, was my favorite character in the movie. Jane is powerful, tough willed and focused on completing her mission — alone. Her story arc was my favorite to watch.

The film is a must-see and is more than a reboot but a legacy of “Charlie's Angels.” Get your wings November 15 when “Charlie's Angels” opens in theaters everywhere.
